Version 1.0 · Effective 24 October 2026
Terms of Use
These terms cover the public website at ninkr.ai and, where access is actually offered, the authenticated Workspace. The operator is DELI FIX LIMITED, a company incorporated in Hong Kong SAR. ninkr is a product name. It is not the name of the legal entity.
1. Operator and acceptance
By using the public website, or by signing in where Workspace access is offered, you agree to these terms. A separate written agreement controls where it conflicts with these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or the Workspace.
2. Eligibility and account security
The public website does not create an account. A Workspace account exists only for a person the operator has allowed to sign in. You must give accurate account information and keep the sign-in method under your control. Tell the operator if you believe someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity carried out with your authority. This page does not set a minimum age or a list of countries.
3. Permitted use
Access is limited, non-exclusive, and revocable. It is not a sale of the software. You may not break the law, access systems or data without authorisation, interfere with the service, distribute malware, or misuse the tools. Where the law allows a restriction, you may not reverse engineer the service in order to copy it or to bypass a security control. You may not infringe another person’s rights.
4. AI-generated content
Outputs can be incomplete, wrong, out of date, or unfit for a particular decision. They are not legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice, and they are not a promise of accuracy. Check material output before you rely on it.
5. Automated actions and your responsibility
Where an agent or workflow is available to your account, it acts on the instructions and tools available there. You are responsible for reviewing actions that have a consequence. The product may ask for a further permission before some actions. That check is not promised for every action, and it is not offered on this public website.
6. User content and intellectual property
DELI FIX LIMITED keeps its rights in the software, this site, and the ninkr brand. You keep your rights in content you submit. You give the operator a narrow licence to host, display, and process that content only so the service you asked for can run, and for the purposes in the Privacy Policy. Generated output is not claimed as the operator’s exclusive property. Third-party material stays under its own terms.
7. Third parties
Workspace sign-in, when offered, uses Google. Some tasks can be sent to an external model API when that API is configured. Those providers have their own terms. The operator is not those providers.
8. Availability
The site and any Workspace access may be interrupted for maintenance, failure, or change. There is no uptime guarantee. Features can be added, limited, or removed.
9. Paid services
No paid plan is offered on this website. Nothing here is a price, an invoice, or a service-level promise. If a paid service is agreed later, its price and any refund rule will be in that separate agreement.
10. Suspension
Access may be suspended if these terms are broken, if a security risk appears, or if a separate agreement ends. Notice will be given where that is practical. You may stop using the service at any time.
11. Liability and mandatory rights
The public site, and the Workspace where it is offered, are provided as available software. Except for liability that a statute does not allow to be excluded or limited, the operator does not promise that the service or any AI output will be error-free or fit for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Mandatory consumer rights and other non-excludable protections remain in force. These terms do not reduce them.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Subject to the rest of this clause, the courts of the Hong Kong SAR have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or the public website. This choice does not override a mandatory protection, or a right to bring a claim in another court, that the law of your country does not allow to be waived. It does not require you to give up a non-excludable consumer right.
13. Changes
A material change will be shown on this page with a new version and effective date. If you keep using the site after that date, you accept that version. The version in force is the one stated at the top of this page.
14. Contact
For these terms, write to [email protected]. Questions about personal information go to the address in the Privacy Policy.
